OUR SERVICES
IMMIGRATION
Immigration matters affect all of our lives. There are many pathways to citizenship and many options available for individuals desiring to live and work within the United States. We will work to ensure your family unity and facilitate progress toward United States citizenship. Please call our office to determine whether you or a family member is eligible for an immigration benefit.
Victims of a crime or victims of abuse may be eligible for certain types of immigration benefits. If you are a victim of domestic violence, or if you are elderly and your adult children are abusing you emotionally, physically, financially, or otherwise, federal laws will protect you regardless of whether your abuser is a legal permanent resident, a United States citizen, or is undocumented. Regardless of immigration status, there may be immigration benefits available to you if you are a victim of a crime or abuse.
Human trafficking happens all around us; we cannot ignore it or allow it to continue. Report any suspicious behavior to the National Human Trafficking Hotline (888) 373-7888 and call for a free consultation if you suspect that you or someone you know may be a victim of sex trafficking or human trafficking, or if you suspect an employer may be trafficking their employees. Federal law provides services and protections for victims of trafficking and also immigration benefits.
Do not be afraid to report a crime or any abuse that you are experiencing, regardless of your immigration status.
